It is impossible to contact this office. Every time I call I get the automated message that they're away on lunch until 1, and when I call after, I just get a different automated message, but I never actually get to speak with anyone. The information on my requisition was incorrect because the administrative staff doesn't have up to date records, and now I can't get it fixed because nobody answers the phone, so I can't access the healthcare I need.
Checked online and called to make sure they open at 730. Got here and there's a sign that says they're opening at 8am and no walkins.
Been going here for a long time. The last 24 months the Admin staff have really torn the reputation of these great doctors. I have had enough when I tried calling at 11 am with a greeting that they are on lunch until 1. Called at 3 and still on lunch.
I have been seeing Dr. Adams my GP for the past 20+ years. He is very compassionate, through and extremely knowledgeable. A recent diagnosis with cancer has exemplified to me his caring and compassion and urgent consultations for me. I am truly greatful for his understanding and compassion. His nurses and front end staff are also top notch. thanks to Dr. Adams and his staff.
Dr. Adams has been my family Dr for over 30yrs if not more... the most attentive, solution seeking Dr I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I wouldn't have made it this far without him. And his ladies that run his front end are always accomodating. It's a great Drs office.... thats why theres waits. Well worth it.
Always very friendly and helpful here. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Sutanto was an excellent Doctor, however getting to see him was something else. For the first time had to go to emergency once and walk in clinic three times. Could never be seen in an energency or when ill. We found a Doctor who sees us when needed, so have left the practise
