The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. From the administrative staff to the technicians, they were all very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
All staff and doctors are very pleasant and efficient. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the check in waiting room or the treatment waiting room. All my cortisone injections for pain have been very satisfactory. It’s also always easy to book appointments through Central Booking. You can leave a phone number if you’re on hold too long and they call back within a few minutes. The booking staff are also very personable. Nice to talk to real people.
Waiting until from august until nov for an ultrasound on an arm that is less than functional... great. Cant wait to be in pain for another year. 0 stars.
I came here as a walk in just for a chest x-ray. The ladies were super quick, I was in and on my way in less then 15 minutes.. The girls were all super friendly
Wow, polite staff, friendly, caring, what more can you ask. well run place
Who here had to pay to 2$ parking fee? If you don't expect, a big ticket event. Even a tow job if you park with out paying the this forced fee. I love how people looking for medical help get nickel and dimed to death by our awesome system. Staff seemed confused at the about my ultrasound.... I wasn't. Had no proper gowns gave me a lawn tractor tarp to wear in.
The ultrasound tech was quick, efficient, positive and most importantly she was friendly and professional. When dealing with sensitive matters like ultrasounds, friendliness and professionalism is so important to me and this is the first clinic who has got it right. The technician made me feeel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend.
After 35 min of waiting I asked if they forgot about me, receptionist answers very rudely, we will come to get you. I believe that they forgot about me. You have to pay for parking, they are not organized, people are frustrated….. No thank you. Never again.
Not happy with my baby ultrasound at all. It is supposed to be a very nice moment for an expecting mother and the lab tech was in rush, tired and did not have empathy at all.
Had a ultrasound there professional polite staff following proper ahs protocol unlike Canadian diagnostic center Sherwood park rude and not following proper ahs protocol if you need a ultrasound mic medical imaging Sherwood park is the place to make your appointment
