I Came Here To Have A Bite To Eat. I Was Greated Nicely At The Door. I Had A Great Waitress Named Allison, Who Helped Me With Questions About Food Selections, And She Kept Checking Up On Me. The Whole Experience Would Have Been Amazing, If Only The Food Would Have Matched Up Also. I Got Nachos With Double Meat, And There Was Barely Any Chicken, The Beef Was Okay. There Was Only Ingredients Glazed On Top, Below The First Layer Was Simply A Large Amount Of Plain Tortilla Chips.
I will say that it has been a long time since I had been at a Boston Pizza. It was the favorite spot of my son when he was a toddler bugs and cheese and worms and dirt hahaha. The menu has changed a lot since then. I had the Honey Dill Chicken Power Bowl, while my wife had the Honey Dill Fried Chicken Sandwich. We both really enjoyed our meals. I thought the power bowl was packed with flavour and a great healthy choice. The Honey Dill fried chicken was also great. The service was very good and was asked about our meal by our waitress who was awesome and who I believe to be the manager. Decor and atmosphere was also quite good. Thanks
Sept 2021 :Always Good experience, great food and the size of the meal are huge ! It's worth it. April 2022: The meal was good but PLEASE stop drowning the salad in the dressing, it was really not eatable. The waitress was nice and service was fast. July 2022: Still good and the Tuesday pasta are a very good deal. October 2022 : Pizza is always a good choice ! The new menu are cool but they need to work a lot of their Mac and Cheese who there is NO sauce. You will find a bunch of macaroni sparkled with cheese. It taste nothing and it's very fade. Nothing to do with the American Mac and Cheese. For the rest of our order, every meal arrived one by one with a delay of 5-8 minutes between each of them. Even if the restaurant is full, it's still unacceptable for me. Bathrooms sink was full of water everywhere, toilets smell humidity...a big lack of cleaning here. So, big disappointment this time. Organization and cleanliness missing for tonight.
One of the best restaurants in Fredericton. The waiters are always very nice and ready to help. The food is always amazing, the portions are good, and the dessert is great.Food: 5/5
Emma and chevy deserve all the praise! We went there for a dinner and ordered some pizzas and asked for no bacon because I can’t eat bacon. Somehow, cooks made a mistake and made 2 pizzas with bacon. When the order arrived, I reminded her that i asked for no bacon and she was extremely sorry and took back the pizzas and got us new ones in a matter of minutes. The atmosphere and service was very nice so one little error like this can be neglected. Cut to the end, when Emma brought the bill, she told us that her manger, Chevy took 3 pizzas off the bill which we didn’t even ask for. This is what you call good customer service and making sure that they leave with a happy face. Definitely recommend and will come back for sure!
Had a recent dinner date at Boston Pizza in Fredericton with my beautiful wife, it was a Thursday evening and moderately busy for the time of evening. We were greeted by a friendly young lady who seated us, it took about 15 minutes until a menu arrived and were asked if we'd like a drink, after our drinks came we browsed our menus while enjoying them. Ten minutes or so later our waitress came, who was very nice and very friendly, and asked if we were ready to order, and we were and we did, our food came quite quickly and was hot and very delicious, dessert was very good too! Overall a very pleasant experience, I would totally recommend for enjoying a nice dinner out in a very nice restaurant atmosphere!
Used a gift card to get Date Night Pizza and Wings combo, two 13” pizzas and 18 wings, got take out. I liked that the pizza boxes were sealed with a ‘sticker’ as were the boxes with the wings. The food was great. The pizzas were generously topped and the wings we had them deep fried were fantastic. However, we had a slight problem with one of our pizzas and I called them and they apologized and offered to cook us up another pizza right away but I was unable to go back so I was given a credit for a medium pizza. Their customer relations are great.
We had to wait 25 mins for a table. Our server was very good but the over all service was very slow. When the food arrived 2 of the dishes out of 3 were not at all hot. The value for our money was not worth it. Would not recommend this restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: 4 handicapped parking near front door
I ordered the beet goat cheese salad, and what I got was a bunch of greens with a little bit of beets and a little tiny sprinkle of goat cheese. I have had this salad before at the Saint John restaurant and it was loaded with all of the ingredients, not just lettuce. In This particular salad the red peppers were all gone bad and shouldn’t have even been been used. This salad was disgusting. This was a take out order and before I left with the salad I asked for a bit of extra dressing, I was told that this would be extra!!! Extra for salad dressing?? Really? Come on people? I could understand if I had asked for extra cheese or chicken or avocado, but balsamic vinegar??? These people! If I had been served this abysmal salad in this restaurant, I would have sent it back! And because they wanted to charge me extra for bloody salad dressing, I’ll never step foot in another Boston Pizza ever again. That salad was the only reason Id ever go in and now there is absolutely nothing that this cheap restaurant could offer me other than grief!
Very disappointed, had to wait 20 minutes because it was busy. That was understandable. But wasn't sitting down for 5 minutes when was asked if I wanted my bill. Didn't even get to order. My pizza was cold. When they brought my granddaughter her dessert, they gave me my bill. Rushed out before my granddaughter could enjoy it. Won't go back there.
