Donky Chicken

Had 4 legs and some fried dumplings with a friend. Everything was made fresh so after a little wait, everything came super hot. The chicken was crispy but very juicy inside. The dumplings were also good. I like this style more with the minimal batter and not overly saucy.

My not so photogenic photo!! But I found my new favourite korean restaurant. 4.5 google rate do not failed me!! To be crazier I came back the next day with different set of friends and now become my to go to place! Food- everything taste good! the chicken is well cooked crispy skin yet not dry in the inside I hate dry chicken we always order the original bone in and to think my picky eater friend ate their kimchi fried rice is their seafood pancake is generously season unlike the other resto that has more flour than the seafood. Service-since the server or the owner already knows us, he always give us extra piece of chicken or big portion Ambience- its just a small space but you have you own area with a little bit of privacy since they have a higher divider. don't what you call that Price- girl!! I think this is one restaurant that is cheap yet so GOOD. 18pcs of whole wings in just $38.

Came here for a late lunch for one. It was quiet around 2 pm on a weekday. I was the only customer until just as I was about to leave. I couldn't finish a full meal, and ordered a single piece of fried chicken. They gave me extra fries to go with it. Food was hot, crispy, and fresh. There wasn't a lot of heavy breading. Everything was very clean, but the ambience did not feel overly sanitary. It gave off comfortable home vibes. They provided a package of salty white powder ?season salt that I sprinkled over the entire meal. It greatly enhanced the fries and chicken. I would totally come back again.

I've been a regular of Donki chicken for a long timeover 20yrs in Korea. I stopped by this restaurant yesterday and was so happy that chicken legs were added to the menu just like in Korea. Most of all, the freshly fried chicken with it's own unique thin fried dough/powder and salted taste were so special, crispy and delicious. The owner's service was very friendly and satisfying as well. I'll visit again soon.

I was so excited to try this place due to all the good Google reviews that have been posted so far. The takeout that I got was entirely different from what I expected but that might've been because I didn't order the fried chicken. I ordered the pork cutlet rice and the seafood pancake for dinner. They both seemed like they were fried with old oil that oozed brown stains on my plate. The pork cutlet tasted like it was fried after not being defrosted thoroughly. The middle tasted hard, stale and as if it had freezer burn. The seafood pancake barely had any seafood inside and was mostly dough. This was not a proper pancake compared to some other restaurants. Overall, I did not enjoy my takeout experience here. If you're trying this restaurant then I recommend to stick to the fried chicken. Would I come back? Possibly for the KFC, but not anytime soon.

THIS PLACE IS MY FAVORITE CHICKEN RESTAURANT! I love Korean style chicken, and they have it. I highly recommend this restaurant if you love Korean food. The staff really kind and nice: I will visit ASAP.

Just try this is best chicken! As well other dishes were so perfect I recommend Deep fried squid and Kimchi Tofu When I was a kid my father always came with this fried chicken when he got his salary every month in Korea. This is honestly best and traditional Korean chicken!

Ordered the chicken meal combo through DoorDash and it was so nice! The fries seem to be the same as the Costco food court ones, which is great, and the wings were delightfully crispy and not greasy.

Wow! The masterpiece of korean fried chicken! Super crispy, but tender and juicy meat! It goes well with draft beer and it highlighted my weekend! I also enjoyed tukbokkispicy rice cake!

Excellent crispy moist chicken. One of the best in vancouver. Lets help this place by eating some good chicken. Jan 1 2022 happy new year everyone ^^ i came back again. Same owner, same great chicken. This time i ordered large fries. It was same fries from costco which means you cant go wrong.
