We came on a Sunday afternoon at around 2:30pm. There was only one other table other than us inside. They are usually more popular at night. We got their mango shaved ice. Service was really nice and they were pretty quick in making it. I loved the separators between each table making it more private. Overall the mango ice wasn't too sweet and the mangoes tasted fresh. I like that they layered some mango syrup in between the layers to keep it from getting boring. Great place to hang out
The appearance of the mango shaved ice was very attractive. It was my first time to try it and I really liked the texture of the ice shaved. The mangoes were very fresh and had a good taste, but overall it was not too sweet, and if they could add some sweetness to it, it would be great. We went there at night and could hardly find a table.
This is one of the coziest dessert spots I’ve been to in the city. The staff is super friendly. Their injeolmi bingsoo is a must try! The ice is so fine and the toppings are generous. On top of that, they make the bingsoo look so adorable. I find that the other drinks are fine too, but nothing special/unique about them.
Machine was down and supplies were out when we came here tonight, so can’t have the shaved ice. Instead we had toast, it was better than I expected. The drinks were good but not as presentable as shown on the menu. Service was friendly and fast. Whole dining experience was great.
The options for drinks and desserts are great! The ChocoBear is amazing for sharing between 3-4 people. The only thing I didn't quite like is that spending a minimum of $20 is required to sit at a table.
Edit: I posted this on Monday the 20th, the weekend before that is the 18th and 19th. So yes I went when it was open. Been coming here regularly every 1-2 months, but the bingsu on last weekend's visit was far below the usual quality. The ice was clumpy and not fluffy so the bingsu was flat and squashed, there were less strawberries than usual and really sloppily placed, and the inside was not layered with strawberry and shaved ice like it usually is. There was also a door or something repeatedly slamming in the back, like the employees weren't holding or closing it properly. This has our favourite bingsu place for close to a year but after such a drop in quality I'm not sure about returning.
This dessert place was amazing but the only mistake I did was didnt read what they were specialized in . I am a huge fan of tiramisu and expected their original tiramisu to be a proper cake , whereas the cake was just on the top and the inside was full of shaved ice which disappointed me quite a lot . But anyone who loves shaved ice would love this place .
Their snow mountains are really amazing, especially honey berry! The ice was milk so it was super flavorful.. tostery was also very crispy and sweet! Highly recommened!
We moved nearby a year ago and can’t believe we’ve waited a year to try this place out!! Drinks were delicious and well made - the closest thing to a Starbucks drink we’ve had in a long time! We tried 2 flavours of the toasties - oh my goodness, to die for!!! They were so fresh, crispy, flaky, filled with toppings and fresh whipped cream - the perfect desert! They were higher quality than many restaurant deserts I have had - we were so impressed, can’t wait to come back and try more things!
I have been there for the first time in my entire life. I tried a couple desserts and it was amazing. Especially the bingsoo was my all time favourite. Also the staffs were amazingly kind
