Domino's Pizza

Dominos has always been my favourite but tonight, it was amazingly good. Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. Soft crust that practically melted in my mouth, with the perfect amount of cheese and not too much sauce. Delivered on time as well. Special thanks to whomever made those pizzas tonight. I believe his name was Christian!

Location has gone RAPIDLY downhill. I'd avoid ordering from here at all costs. Delivery times are brutally slow. If you decide to pick-up, the guy processing pick-ups is also the guy answering the phones to take orders (brilliant idea from whoever the goof manager is running this place) and because of this, your pizza will often sit in their holding area for 5-10 minutes before any of the clowns decide to take any initiative to do anything about it. Don't do it. Spend your money elsewhere.

This used to be a good location. Sadly, this has now become one of the worst places to order anything. 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong and even if it is correct the quality is terrible. I ordered 2 pizzas today and when I arrived to pick them up I was told it had to be remade. 20 minutes later I got them and 1 was wrong and the other was so thin in the middle I couldn't even pick it up. What's really annoying is that this has become the norm. With the amount of free pizzas they've given away, I'm surprised they are still in business. The only reason I keep ordering is because it's almost a guaranty it will be wrong and I get to eat free. So that being said, maybe they are not so bad, if you want free food.

Never got our order delivered. Neither the driver nor the store attempted to contact us regarding our delivery. After an hour of waiting I called the store, the first guy I spoke to was useless and hung up on me when he said he was going to get me a manager. I called back got a girl who said the driver tried to deliver but no one was home. When I explained that I was home the entire time and if the driver did come to my home he would have seen me sitting in my kitchen through the front door window they said they have to trust their driver and nothing they can do. Then I got a manager who would not believe me even though I explained that there is another home right at the corner of my street with the same house # but it's on the other street and that's where his driver must have gone. The manager just kept repeating that they have to trust their driver and the best he can do is resend the order with a employee discount. After now being over an hour since I ordered I said that's not acceptable. This is not acceptable. I've never complained to dominos but this complete lack of service or empathy has made me not ever want to order from them again.

Honestly one star is generous this is the second time we have been let down! We have waited over two hours for a pizza and second time this has happened. I’ve been calling the store and no one ever picks up. So we are left in limbo not even knowing if a pizza is going to be delivered here. A courtesy call would be nice as we could make other arrangement as necessary. Terrible service and boycotting dominos altogether at this stage!
