This is Oshawa. I've been disappointed with Indian Restaurants in the area until now. Sampled many of the entrées and appetizers tonight, and felt the quality and flavour of the food was on par with what can be had in bigger cities. Looking forward to see if the second time will be just as good. EDIT: The second and third time were just as good. ;)

Hands down one of the best places in all of Ontario to get authentic Indian food. I've never had my palette blown with flavour before. This place comes very close to bring perfection. This restaurant makes all the so-called good Indian restaurants in Toronto seem like utter trash.

No better Indian food than here! Myself and my family love eating here, friendly staff, amazing food, very cozy. I highly recommend eating here if you enjoy Indian food with a glass of Red.

Wow.. what a place. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Delicious food well priced. Why eat at a cookie cutter outfit when a place like this is no more expensive and 10 times better!!

I'm a huge fan of Indian cuisine, and this is by far the best Indian restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The atmosphere is very cozy, with lots of decorations depicting the culture of India. The lunch menu is super affordable! Unlike many other places, the food at Spicy Affairs tastes authentic and so fresh. You can even choose how spicy your food is! They boast an extensive list of vegan options, or options that can be made vegan, which is a wonderful feature for people with dietary restrictions. I will definitely be back as soon as possible, I am beyond pleased with my experience here. I definitely reccommend this to anyone and everyone!
