I have been waiting on two large thin crust pizzas since 7:09. It is busy so I was told to wait in my car. I went back in at 40 minutes. I am now at 48 minutes and they have come out twice, but not with my order. NEVER AGAIN. I HAVE PIZZA DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE FASTER. If I didn't already pay I would have left.
Makes food to order. Hot, fresh, cooked to perfection! The new manager is such a sweet and professional woman! I'm glad she is the new manager.
Disappointed as well crazy bread burnt shoved in bag and they think its good to sell! Not coming back. Just opened pizza and it looks very over cooked. Apparently if you cook it no matter what it looks like put it in a box and then sell it they will take your money... well not any more from me!
The guys and gals at Perrysburg never let me down. Try getting garlic and parmesan all over your pizza next time. Changed up my favorites list a little.Food: 5/5
Got an extra most bestest pepperoni and a half pepperoni half sticks a couple of weeks ago. Pepperoni was not bad, half and half had to have been sitting there half a day. They had to know it when they handed it out. Not great customer service in my opinion. But the staff was friendly, and who knows what their boss tells them to do.
I ordered from here on DoorDash about two weeks ago. Immediately after my first few bites my stomach was hurting like I was giving birth again. After I paid $30 for a $13 meal I was definitely going to get my money’s worth. Well let’s say I’m just getting to the point where I can eat anything without running to the bathroom. I had a bad case of food poisoning and could not keep anything down! After 17 days I’m still struggling to have an appetite.
Fast and usually good service. Took a star off due to the couple rude people there and that while I special order, often times it isn't done correctly. But they do a great job 99% of the time. When in this area, it is my go to pizza place.
I arrived after a fresh pedi, still in the cheap flip flops. A worker was picking up their sister's check. I got a 6$ most bestest pizza. The worker was shy and nervous but friendly and seemed like a good person. My pizza was hot, but not breathe in loudly while you are chewing because it is so hot. It was already ready though so I didn't expect much more. Fast delicious convenient. Nothing to complain about. Oh and very clean. They've remodeled recently.
I understand it is a pandemic right now and places are short staffed but to get a hot and ready pizza and wait 10+ Minutes to get a hot and ready pizza is ridiculous there were two people in front of me that still never got help. And then two more people that came in after me and still no help and continued to say we would be right with you. I think it’s unacceptable.
Went in and ordered 3 pizzas, crazy bread, cheesy bread and sauces. Guy behind the counter told me it would be about 15 minutes, I said not a problem then took a seat. After about 8 minutes sitting there a good looking younger girl comes in and orders cheesy bread. The guy behind the counter tells her she will have to wait that they didn't have any cheesy bread available so she sits down. 8 minutes go by and he calls her to the counter for her cheesy bread then he offers her a crazy bread or 2-liter for her wait. About 5 minutes after she leaves they finally have my order complete, after 21 minutes when I was told my order would be done in 15. I was not offered anything for my wait. Only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the pizzas and cheesy bread were perfect, hot, and delicious!
