We took our shark vacuum for cleaning because the suction was not as strong as it used to be. It took two business days to clean it, and it was unbelievably clean. I was so happy and pleased with the service and the results. I couldn’t believe it, even the bristles at the bottom of the vacuum were cleaned so well like it was brand new. Thank you so much and I will definitely come back.
Hi All staff very friendly, very honest and reliable. Took rod for steam vac to replace, couldn't find so he fixed the best as he could. Said if it didn't work to come back. Thats not expected these days but greatly appreciated. Fortunately it worked so saved me from buy a new stream vac for now. I would recommend this place for great price reliable service and honesty
Well my experience, through my son was not anything like any of the ones I have just read. Firstly, I will say that my son called Dominion from New Zealand. He was wanting to purchase a vacuum cleaner for ‘his mom’ me for Christmas. He spoke with a gentleman who worked on repairs. I believe his name was Ray. Ray was extremely pleasant and helpful but mentioned that he was not in sales and to call back the following day and speak with CINDY. OH MY GOODNESS!! What a difference. Cindy was not only extremely unhelpful but she was very rude in her comments to my son. He was just trying to find out a few things and if she could have she would pretty much have said they didn’t want his business from NZ and basically told him to go elsewhere. And that was just what my son did. He went to Vacuflo in Edmonton and received quite the opposite reception. They could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Perhaps CINDY was having a bad day but the way she spoke to my son was inexcusable. I had to write this review because people need to be aware. I can’t just let it go Extremely poor public relations in my opinion.
The guys at Dominion vacuum are so helpful and friendly! If you need any kind of vacuum repair or service, they are the best. I texted Ray pics of my broken vacuum powerhead. He said it would be a quick $10 fix and I could wait while he fixed it. When I brought it in, Ray fixed it on the spot and waived the charge! Best service ever! Thanks again!!
Yesterday, I went looking for a replacement vacuum cleaner belt for an old Hoover.... they had the size I was looking for and explained how to install it. Made in USA belt was only $4.00! Installed the belt without problem.Thankyou Dominion!
My old vacuum needed servicing and after calling aroumd to a few places, it was clear that Dominion was the place to go. Ray was a pleasure to deal with - competent, knowledgeable, and very fair with pricing. This is a business that is attentive to their client's needs and very customer service oriented. There are closer options to my house, but it is worth the drive. I highly recommend them!
Dropped off my eureka power head for repair. Ray had it done in record time and it not only looked like new, but performed like new. And the price was extremely fair. I recommend this shop very highly. Support Edmonton small business, especially exceptional ones like this.
Friendly, honest service and extremely reasonable cost with a fast turnaround time. Excellent experience and will definitely return if I need more vacuum repairs in the future!

On my wife’s iPad. The cap and valve fell apart on my Hoover carpet cleaners soap tank. CINDY was very busy that day but found time for me. She located a similar one called me back talked me through it. After a few minutes later she called me back again sent me picture of the pieces in her hands and gave me more instructions. It was as if this was her aim in life to make sure I got what I needed and understood the process. I am retired and have never seen customer service like that before. In this day and age you are a dieting breed. Very much appreciated thank you so much. Dean Burns. Ps. All my business will be yours
