Went in looking for a spare part for my range hood, anyways long story short. Great customer service, I was satisfied with the response and assistance. But daym they have a massive collection of some great looking appliances. Thermador is the best in this game !!!
Our washer and dryer both broke down at the same time and Henry helped us with the purchase of a brand new LG stand up washer and dryer. His service was perfect, he took our old appliances off our hands saved us a trip to the dump and the gentleman in the warehouse loaded me up in record time. I strongly recommend trail Appliances Southside for anyone who needs new appliances.
Amazing!! I decided I wanted a new freezer around 10/10:30 this morning. I used the live agent chat, spoke with Davis and Levi, my freezer was delivered and fully set up shortly after 12. A great buying experience, highly recommend!!
Amazing Service!!!! Our fridge broke last night at 7pm. Within 30 minutes of the store opening this morning, Sunny had found us an IN STOCK replacement to fit our needs and measurements. We were so pumped we decided to take advantage of the Black Friday Sale and LG rebate to upgrade our range too! Did I mention this was all done over the phone? I didn't have to leave my couch. We were able to get our invoice via email, apply for financing and pay our deposit via the website. So easy. Thank you Sunny for making our headache disappear. We can't wait for our new appliances to arrive in only 2 days!!
We just purchased a new LG dishwasher and refrigerator at Trail Appliances. Our sales consultant Paul, and the sales manager Sunny went above and beyond to get us our appliances delivered on time, even when the refrigerator was not in stock in Edmonton yet, and ensured that they were installed professionally and in good working order. I cannot appreciate enough the quality of service that we received at Trail Appliances. We will definitely return again when we’re ready for our stove.
Terri Moulding was our representative & did an amazing job. We were not able to make it to the store so we did all of our browsing on line then followed up with Terri via email & phone calls. She arranged the sale & delivery seamlessly. Within the same week we had our new dishwasher & fridge installed & being used.
Henry was awesome! Customer focused. We have purchased 10 appliances over 5 the last few years and Henry has been great in all transactions, always going beyond what was required even if he was not getting any commission. In the 10 transactions, we had 3 different salespersons - one has retired, and 2 are still working there..... and Henry is the best by a country mile!
We required all the appliances for our entire house and I was very pleased with the overall experience at Trail South. Aaron was knowledgeable of the products available, helping us select not only appliances that met our needs but ones that would meet our schedule. In addition to this, Aaron contacted us when there was an issue with delivery of a particular product, and provided us with a agreeable solution.
Grateful for the assistance of Paul and Steven from Trail Appliances - South location. They made our buying experience smoothly. They were very knowledgeable of the different products and was able to answer any of our questions. Paul was able to help us find the right items within our budget. High recommend seeing him!
We walked in there to look for a fridge and walked out with a fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer! Steve was amazing, very informative and patient hahaha. He actually found us our fridge and got us a great deal on the dishwasher as well. They delivered within days of purchase and we’re quick and efficient!
