Not only was the customer service amazing, the service they did to my coffee machine was superb.  They got it fixed before the quoted date and my 10+ year old machine is better than new. Will definitely recommend and use Dorothy's Appliance repair again!

Fixed my microwave faster than expected and reasonably priced. They guarantee their work. If you want to keep that small appliance running, check this place out and if you broke the carafe for your coffee maker, they have so many, they might just have one that fits your machine...

I needed parts for my blender and they had them. The lady I delt with was very friendly and helpful

The service here was pretty great, I live in Calgary but the Calgary delonghi service centremyric was very slow and rude customer care. Jason is knowledgeable at coffee machine and helping me how to maintain coffee machine.
