Loi was early for his appointment. He was in and out in less than hour. I told him that my motor needed replacing $400 but he said no...he fixed it all for $160. He could have just replaced the motor I wouldn’t have known any different but he only fixed what was needed. A very honest man...definitely recommend him.

Loi was great, had a Samsung dishwasher leaking water. He was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, identified supply line down and needed replacing. Quick turnaround, very reliable, and great price! Was nice to actually talk to Loi on the phone versus a secretary prior to him coming to the house. This allowed him to show up with what he believed was the correct parts required. He and his helper were very efficient, solved the issue with the dryer quickly. Reasonable cost. Would definitely call him again!

When he came to fix my dryer, he scratched the door quite badly. He also told me I should get a new dryer and told me to go to his friends store.
