Abdul was great went out of his way to make sure that the install went right. Very pleasant corteus.

Tom came to do a warranty repair on our new Samsung fridge.  He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He stayed extra-long to show me how to take apart a glass shelf in the fridge for cleaning.  He's my go-to guy from now on!  Thanks Tom!

Had a service call booked through LG, got a call from here and they cancelled my appointment with “overbooked” no attempt to reschedule with me and just brutal on the phone. Don’t typically write reviews but this was very poor taste. Too bad as other reviews are good for this company.
