Please stop using the cleaner that smells like a porta potty. I've lived in the area for 15 years and every time I go in this location I'm assaulted with the intense ammonia smell at the front door. It makes me ill to the point where I'm frequently almost having bowel accidents in the store. I avoid the store for this reason. It's triggered me for 15 years. I don't understand why but this is the only store this happens and it happens 99% of the time I go, and the only thing different from this store compared to other stores and other Dollaramas is the cleaner they use in the entrance. I really would like to be able to shop without having a bathroom emergency every time.
Staff is not good at all. They don’t help to find stuff . They never wrap fragile stuff but when it broke they say whatever reason it broken . Manager said Store cannot do anything , if they have wrapped stuff , it won’t broke . But I was showing them the broken glass plate while taking out of the bag, it cut my hand , my hand was bleeding , they don’t care if I have crushed piece in bag , they said my associate packed it well it was fine . Store and associates ‘s duty wrap the fragile glass Tupperware . Never going back , not worth it , not recommending it . They have worst service ever
Not a very friendly place to go. When I asked a staff member where to find something his reply was “I don’t know I just work here”nThe place seemed to be a bit of a mess. I have been in other Dollarama stores that were also loading shelves, but didn’t have the same type of confusion about the store as this one had
Lots and lots and lots more of stuff. Food stuff, gift stuff, stationery stuff, art stuff, kitchen stuff, cleaning stuff, toy stuff and much more. The store is clean and well lit. The Dollarama stores have moved to self checkout. I believe this location has moved from where it is indicated on google maps.
Two staff emotionally and verbally abused me. And two customers joined in. The staff involved was a manager and cashier. Tried to physically intimidate me as well. Would not suggest this location as they may be abusive or threatening. Try down the street at the Brewery District. Nicer staff, more self checkouts, cleaner and well organized.
