Visited this location a few times already. I think it's bigger than the south side location. Staff were really friendly and helpful.nnSome stuff is really great deals some not so much.nnThere were great boxing day deals that I took advantage of.nnAlso great return policy. I was able to return a serving tray that was damaged in the package and jeans that I didn't like.
There has been a lot of advertising for this new store. Curiosity got me visiting their new store in Edmonton. It's a big store with a variety of discounted items ranging from Outdoor patio items, garden related products, bicycles, tents, washing machines, refrigerators, furniture, accessories , food items, toys, branded watches,shoes , clothing for men, women and children, pet products, utensils, furnishings, bed sheets, towels , branded sun glasses etc. The staff were very nice and helpful. This new store is near Mira health care center. The only drawback according to me was the limited amount of parking space infront of the store. I also noticed that a number of people were using the broad roadside for parking. An interesting place to visit. Some of their products were very well priced when compared to other similar stores.
Great deals on some house hold gadgets,watches,food and clothes. Membership points program,which extends the 7 day return policy to 30days excludes final sale items, undergarments, mattresses electric power tools, equipment and gas powered items. But there are many items in here worth checking out. Vacuums, furniture, light fixtures,some smart fixtures/lights and so much more. Check it out
Thank you for an amazing experience all around. Our dryer died and we were looking to replace it. We didn't feel we needed brand new but were hesitant to find a dryer in the sea of used options. Finding Bog Box Outlet was a life saver.nnHaving a brand new washing machine that was heavily reduced to being out of stock and dented was a huge win. With the red tag deal, it was a third of the cost of the retail value and worked perfect for our family. The team was helpful in getting us what we needed and loaded into our van. We were even in the last half hour of the store closing and still were super friendly and helpful.nnIt came with a 1 year warranty from Big Bix Outlet and I opted in for a two year as it was only 10% of the purchase price. Was a no brainer. When we got it set up and running, the drum was rubbing against the side wall do to the dent damage. I called Big Box Corporate and they were amazing. Super personal feel like a mom and pop call and got us repaired and covered the full cost in a matter of days.nnThank you Big Box Outlet for an amazing experience. I will be back for sure!
We went there this morning staff are nice and helpful. I know one of the staff that work there here name is shares. And also ask here if I could apply there so I told her I will bring my resume next time I come back. Thank you very much. You guys are amazing and staffs are friendly.
