I waited more than an hour for an appointment made in advance. Apart from the wait the secretary was really nice and helpful. The doctor was nice enough. But I felt like they wanted to sell me many things that I did not necessarily need. But apart from that it was ok

I have been seeing Dr Ibrahim for my two dogs for 5 years. He’s always patient and caring, despite my dogs being diffficult. When I was panicking about something that turned out to be nothing, he saw my dog free of charge, and his staff always take the time to answer our questions over the phone. I recommend him to all my friends with pets!

He really saved my cat's life, Félix! After been wrongly diagnosed in a hospital, we took him to Dr Eric, who took very good care of him! We are glad that now we can count on Dr Eric to take care of our cat!

Terrible! Prices were low but I guess you get what you pay for. He needlessly decided to express my cats anal gland, his butt has been irritated ever since, and he won't stop licking it. Never had a problem with his ass before this visit. and the vet told me it was likely my cats teeth would not improve if I didn't buy prescription food and I relied on brushing alone. The worst part tho is the clinic didn't seem clean overall and when he examined my cats bad teeth he got some my cats blood on his fingers. He left to another room while the nurse was preparing my bill and when he came back there was still blood on his hands. So my thought was: if he doesn't wash his hands after examining my cat, then who's to say he washed them BEFORE examining my cat. My cat is now vomiting and I am questioning if it's because of the penecilin he gave or if he picked up some virus at this dirty clinic. The only good thing was the nurse was very nice. The vet himself though, not gentle, didn't trust his opinion and didn't wash his hands
