I don't even give 1 star worst service wait 1h for service guy one guy sit in table he say his not speak English only franch he can't help  me out wait for English speak guy 1 houre omg

very bad service.....

Worth less than 1 star. Horrible service. Be patient. People are waiting 25 minutes to buy 1 box. They are slow on the keyboard and lack of organization. Don't bother calling them over the phone, they do not answer at all.

Went there to rent a truck. The wait was long even though I had given every necessary information online previously. They did however let me keep the truck a bit over what was scheduled to even things out.

Fantastic customer service

Sleazy as always.  If you need a questionably safe cheap truck for a short move, and bad service supplied by indifferent and not very clever staff, this is the place for you!
