Discount Car & Truck Rentals Edmonton

Worst service ever! Can barely find the location as it’s inside the gmc dealership (was not notified of this when I booked so spent a long time trying to find the location). After having a reservation I get there and they have no small cars and only a minivan that I can’t drive. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend this one person kiosk to anyone.

Both of my vehicles had been smashed in a hit and run. I needed 2 rentals to drive while they were being repaired. I dealt with Trevor at the Discount kiosk. He was polite, well spoken and even sympathetic to my bum luck. Both vehicles were clean and full of fuel and when I returned my vehicles the portion I had to pay (insurance only covered so much) was exactly what I was quoted. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Trevor. Highly recommended.

Very good service. Car in very good condition.They did not have the vehicule I reserve so they gave me a upgrade for the same price. I lock myself out of the car and they have been very helpful and quick to assist me. I would rent a car from them again.
