Every since new owner operator has stepped in the service has dramatically improved. Alex and his team have stepped up. The cars are always clean and well inspected. Checking in and out is a breeze and no pressure up selling. Thumbs up. If this was a few months ago I would have not given more then a 3.

Having my train from Toronto delayed, I was two hours late, after closing time, at 7pm, to pickup my car. Alex waited for me all that time and made sure everything goes as planned. Tremendous professionalism! Thank you!

Terrible location.  They changed locations after I booked a rental and didn't let me know.    The lack of signage makes it difficult to navigate back to return the vehicle.  Nice enough staff but mind boggling that they would put a car rental location in the middle of a mall.  Not easy to find if you're from Edmonton, let alone visiting.
