First time renting a car in 4 years and was blown away by the level of customer service. The staff made the process extremely easy and straightforward.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! We were waiting to pick up our car and the previous driver happened to get rear-ended and they didn't have any other cars available at the time. The staff when above and beyond to fix the problem, driving us 30 min to pick up a car from another location, gave us directions to where we were going and even threw in a discount to make up for the situation. Would definitely rent through them again!
