Budget Car & Truck Rental

I rented a White Dodge Ram for 2 days. They staff found exactly the vehicle I needed right away. I had called 3 other places before and none had what I needed. Its in a secure location for good reason. Thanks for your service.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They always suggest or recommend to get an upgrade for a bigger and better make and model for a great price. Additionally the rates offered are comparatively far more reasonable than other car rentals and the best part is there are no hidden costs like Economy (from airport).

Disgusting service. Picking up the car was nice, the guy was friendly and no problems. I picked the car up a bit earlier than my reservation (about 30 mins earlier). I told them id like to pay with my debit when i return it and he said it was no problem. I was never told this was going to be a topic of such strict policy. When i was returning it a week later i was greeted with an entirely different attitude. They were rude and unwelcoming. Just said "you got the keys?" and held out his hand. Ok. He inspected the car which was in perfect condition, then told me to fill up the tank or i will be charger $20+ for their gas. I told him i just filled it up all the way and it wouldnt allow me to fill it further at the station. Sometimes the meter goes up one more notch when you drive it as the car calculates the fuel. He said "we have it to you FULL, so go and fill it up". I was confused but ok maybe i was wrong. So i left to go start the car again the guy yelled from the lot "are you going to fill it up?!?" I said "yes" and went to the gas station again, filled it up as much as it would let me.... $2.51 The meter didnt even move it stayed at one notch bellow full. Nothing i can do so i went back to tell him. By the time i got back the meter did rise that tiny bit which apparently was now to appropriately "full". One of the men took the keys from the window of another car he was parking and told me to go inside to pay. Another guy asked me where the keys are. I told him i gave them to his associate. With 2 people at the counters they just told me to go to avis counter then to budget counter then the avis guy just printed my recepit and charged my card without giving me any options to pay in any other way. When i told him i wanted to pay on my debit he said i was late to return the car. It was about 15 past my reservation drop off time. I was there the first time about 10 minutes before my sheduled drop off, before being told to fill up the tank again. The whole time they were rude and didnt answer my questions like they didnt hear them. I repeated myself and they served other customers. Continued to be rude. I told them There was no issue with me being early picking up the car, the tank IS full, and he just sent me away to take more time to gas up for $2.51 wasting time if that was so strict. He just pointed at the terms and conditions and ignored me for the other customers. I asked if there is any specific reason for the hostility? and he said "nope" to which i said "oh so this is just the customer service here?" "YEP, bye" I have no idea what ive done to them to make them so rude, especially when we were very nice to eachother at pick up. So i guess thats how it goes here. When you are picking up they are nice, when youre done and they have your money, get fu**ed.

Just rented a car, the customer service of the staff was very poor. They have zero regards to what we need. Ananthan, the Rep encouraged me to write this review and go to customer service and said nothing will happen.
