I always go shopping at dillards. Karen who works at Estée Lauder counter is very kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond to get to best products and also makes sure you get a best deal on it. Mariela who works at lancome counter is great too. Have shopped a lot of beauty products from Dillards.

Went in for a color match on lancome makeup. Not only was the lady that color matched me very condecending and rude, but when I expressed a concern about it being the wrong color she completly brushed me off. I probably will never go again because of these disappointing staff. Included in my review are photos of what the lady sugested was the correct color for me and is very clearly not. I took them in multiple lighting to show that in no lighting is it the correct color.

Dillard's at Cross Road Mall is always a pleasure to shop at! The Sales staff is courteous as well as very knowledgeable about their products. Quality is first class and the store's Director goes out of his way to make you feel important as well as welcome. Great place to shop! Not to mention killer Sales !

Want to know why malls are dying, visit the Dillards' Lancome counter and see if you ever want to go in one again. Not only can she not color match she's awfully rude for an empty store.
