Story

Kelowna Dental Centre is a General Dentistry clinic happily accepting new patients and families.
Our services include family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, IV sedation, ICAT 3D technology, nitrous oxide and oral sedation, wisdom tooth extractions, evening hours, direct billing to insurance, in house denturist, and much more. Can some see what makes us different.

At Kelowna Dental Centre our focus is on Family Dentistry and we view our clinic as a true centre for oral health. We place a strong emphasis on educating patients, allowing them to make the best decisions for their oral health. Our goal is to create individualized ‘Life’ treatment plans, which essentially are specific plans for each individual with a focus on prioritizing treatment based on urgency and need. We take a comprehensive approach to your oral health, looking a the big picture, and have a strong emphasis on prevention and maintenance.

Dr Webster is amazing. Over the years, I had a few not-so-great dental experiences at other dental offices, so my anxiety runs a little high when the words 'dental checkup' come up. Dr. Webster and his team did a fantastic job at handling my concerns/questions/nerves and made me feel like I was part of the conversation. If work needed to be done, they present me the facts, give me my options and let me make the decision that is right for me. When it's just a check up, the team are extremely friendly and pleasant to chat with. The level of pride in each team members' work is obvious with every interaction; they all seem to love what they do. Over the years of visiting Dr. Webster, I have had a variety of procedures done from a basic cleaning to a crown, and each and every time the work feels good and leaves me feeling confident about my oral health. Trust me when I say, that Dr. Webster is the best dentist I have ever visited.

I did not have a chance to have any work done, waited over an hour without seeing a dentist. The hygienist brought me a $1,500 dollar treatment plan before I had even met the dentist. They have very shady billing practices and the back staff is completely disconnected to the front staff which creates an unprofessional attitude and lack of understanding on basic billing procedures. Get some communication between your staff. What I witnessed shocked me today, will never go back and will never recommend.

Very friendly staff, Nice clean offices with new equipment. Both myself and my wife are patients there, and they always reference one of us to the other showing that they know and care about both of us as a couple. My appointments are always on time and efficiently completed so that I can continue on with my day as scheduled. Dr Webster is very personable and professional. Staff make recommendations, but don't try and push products, which I appreciate. They specialize in dentistry only, so I am not getting pitched on cosmetic enhancements like my last dentist seemed to be venturing into. They do dentistry only...and well.

Kelowna Dental Centre is among the top dental offices I've been to! My anxieties around cleanings and procedures are always acknowledged and the staff makes me feel calm and comfortable every time I go in. Dr. Sarah is highly knowledgeable and compassionate as a dentist for both myself and my family. I was worried that my 8yo son would develop anxieties around the dentist as he's already had to have a filling and is a "sensitive" type, but he was so well taken care of throughout his procedure that the whole thing was a non-issue for him. My 4yo daughter feels brave (her words) whenever she gets to go sit in the chairs by herself with the staff. To top off all that great service and connection built at KDC, when I needed to get a crown Dr. Sarah offered to put a "tattoo" on the tooth! I loved this little extra- and now every time I come in for a cleaning, the hygienists first look for the rainbow tattoo :)

I have had an amazing experience at Kelowna Dental Centre and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a dental clinic. Dr. Abel was very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease during all of my dental procedures. The hygenist's were so awesome and personable (Karla & Jennifer were great!). My boyfriend and I both use Kelowna Dental Clinic, and both have nothing but good things to say about our experiences!
