Dr Naito extracted my wisdom teeth just today and I must say I am so impressed with him and his friendly teams client care. They really put the horror stories I’ve heard about wisdom extractions elsewhere at bay. I haven’t even required T3’s or Advil and I was considered a complicated case close to touchy nerves. The cherry on top was Dr Naito himself calling to check up on me tonight and ensure everything was going well and asking if I had any further questions since the surgery. Just all around top notch service and highly recommend their fantastic team.

Was a little nervous going in getting my wisdom teeth pulled but it was such a nice place! The people there are so nice and very professional! Definitely recommend getting you’re wisdom teeth done here!

I had an appointment today to see Dr Naito for possible implant surgery. I had some concerns about having this procedure done, but before I was able speak to Dr Naito I was told that he wanted a C-scan of my jaw, and that it was going to cost $180. I refused, saying I wanted to speak to Dr Naito first about some other issues that could rule out the surgery. I did talk to Dr Naito (he seemed like a nice enough man) for about 10-15 minutes. When I was leaving I was told I would have to pay a $125 "consultation fee". I was pretty shocked by this and I told the woman at the desk that I had been not informed of this prior to the appointment. I seriously had NO recollection of any fee being mentioned at any time while setting up the appt. I would have remembered this. The woman I spoke to on the phone said I must have forgotten and that it is normal procedure to pay a consult fee when you see a specialist - something I have never had to do in my life. I did pay, but I felt like I was being ripped off - and I'm glad I didn't shell out $180 for the C-scan as well. Be warned that you will be expected to pay $125 (or $300) for a 15 minute meeting with Dr Naito. I sure wasn't warned about it! I will never go back to this office. The whole experience made me angry.

I was returning a phonecall to the receptionist for Dr. Bell and received a passive aggressive response for a simple concern I had.

I experienced amazing care from everyone I encountered at the clinic. Dr.Naito went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. The staff were happy to answer any questions or concerns and I felt like my well being was their priority.
