Took 45 minutes to receive my food. And another 20 minutes to be seated. Food was good. Server was nice but couldn't keep up with the tables. People were walking out.

The food took forever to get made. When we did finally get the food it was cold. They were refusing service to customers because they said they were to busy to seat them even though they only had 5 tables in the entire restaurant. The staff was rude. We had to ask for coffee and creamer multiple times before actually getting it. The restaurant was filthy. The floor was trashed, tables were still full of dirty dishes and napkins from previous customers that had left.

I had this crunchy cinnamon pancake special that came w/a caramel sauce. The pic showed the entire pancakes being covered w/the crunchy cinnamon topping, but when my pancakes came, the one on top had less than 1/3 of it on it & the one underneath had about 1/2 covered. Thank goodness that the caramel sauce was DEVINE!!! I COULD'VE BATHED in it!! We went around 12:30pm & not everyone I went w/loves sweet things, but EVERYONE who tried it (3 others out of 4 who were w/me) also agreed it was A.B.S.O.L.U.T.E.L.Y DELISH. They also said they would come back & order them themselves 😊 The only other issue we had was the waitress came back & told my brother that the restaurant was out of rice, & she didn't know what starch could replace it. My brother started looking at the menu again, & the waitress came back to tell him that they found some rice, so my brother left his original order. We all started thinking...why couldn't they find it & where did they exactly "find this rice?" Other than that, everyone's orders were great!

Terrible service!! Servers and chefs are lazy and slow...I ordered the cheddar bacon tots as a appetizer, because a customer before me left before they received their cheddar bacon tots they tried to serve me the ones they left behind (which were cold and had on them peppers in which I do not). Now the problem started when they decided to scrape off the peppers and warm up the tots!!! 😠😠 I looked in my plate to melted sour cream and pepper juiceon top of my tots 😠😠...idk why this place is even this in business I've heard, seen and experienced too many bad things about this location alone!! If i could give them less the one star I would!! I strongly recommend people to stop eating here...
