I had the best experience with my daughter and mother. We were really thirsty and asked for a cup of water. The associate was really kind and gave us a cup. We then ordered three kinds of Yogurt and the girl was just so pleasant to deal with. She had a smile the whole time and made us feel really special. Customer service is so important nowadays and it makes a difference when people are kind to you. Along with the great desserts they have a great staff there. Thank you for making my families day a great one.

The store provides exceptional customer service. I purchased a banana yogurt with cheesecake bites strange combination but the employees happily did it for me. Kids also got cookie dough ice cream and strawberry ice cream and the staff were generous with the scoop portion. Overall would recommend this place for high customer service and delicious treats!

A must go healthy choice of frozen yogurt place ~ Yogen Fruz. Service was quick. Staff was nice and friendly.

I purchased the strawberry cheesecake medium yogurt and kale avocado smoothie. I was greeted by a young lady with a smile and she took my order with extreme care and diligence. She was efficient at getting us our product and it tasted great!

Honestly this place is so good now. They have amazing items on the menu that the old management never carried. One of my most favorite items is the popping soda I believe it’s new. It’s fizzy, thirst quenching, and the mango boba’s are literally the best tasting item! The service is also quick. They always have good staff working there and I absolutely love going there now.

Good customer service but they always leave a gaping hole in the middle of the yogurt cup? I wish they added more or didn’t make it look fuller than it is lol

Pina Colada smoothie was great and the lady working the counter today was nice and helpful.

Had a great experience. Friendly staff and delicious frozen yogurt. Strawberry shortcake yogurt was my favourite.

THE WORST. Placed an order online, said it would be ready at 3:10pm. Walked over and the store was CLOSED! Called the number and it went to a voicemail that was super sketchy, btw. Talked to guest services in the mall and they stated that they haven't really given them their hours because they are short staffed. OK so why does it say on Google etc that they are open and you have the ability to place an order?! She said that maybe they were on break and to check back. Went back at 4pm and it was still closed. Called the number again and the lady that answered was pretty rude and said that it's her personal phone number and that the store was closed today. Super sketchy if you have your cell phone listed as your business number. Hindsight this was probably for the best as if they aren't open on a BUSY Sunday, their product is probably not the freshest. Stay away. If my credit card is charged for this non existent order I am going to have a cow and get my frozen treats from somewhere else. UPDATE. My CC was charged for product that I didn’t receive. Ridiculous.
