Great experience overall! I got the Ginger bread with the french style waffle thing, the one with the squares on it. Highly recommend, service was great, prices are standard. Would definitely come back. The cheesecake was bomb.
Huge and tasty desserts for sweet lovers. I went to this place with a friend who recommended it. This places has a 60's dinner vibe and the people working there are great. They have desserts with great names and some recommendations in the menu, vegan options and winter choices. I recommend to share one between two or four persons since amounts are pretty generous. They have waffles, crepes, sundaes and another ton of options. Please come a leave a nice tip.
I love the Brownie Points cheesecake and Stormy Weather espresso meets milkshake. Brownie Points is Caramel Fudge Brownie Cheesecake served with Cocoa Chanel Ice Cream French dark ice cream loaded to the hilt with rich brownies and Oreo pieces and butter caramel sauce. It's a deliciously decadent dessert that eats like a meal! Then I washed this deliciously decadent dessert down with a creamy coffee concoction, called Stormy Weather. Stormy Weather is Blended iced coffee made with: Honey Vanilla Ice Cream, espresso, butter caramel, whipped cream, and a yummy chocolate topper. Make sure you go to Demetres when you're VERY HUNGRY, and prepare yourself for pure joy, a happy mouth, and full belly.
Late night dessert for my wife and me. This was a great experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Knowledgeable about their desserts. Service was quick and we had our dessert quickly. Our dessert was incredible. The “Pomme Pilot”. The Apple portion warm and sweet, caramel sauce and ice cream. Atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
Amazing place with amazing staff…management and employees are super cool and friendly. They welcome you with a warm big smile. Check on you every now and then, and the desserts are very delicious. Cozy clean place…perfect place to enjoy your day. Thank you all
We went for dessert. Very clean and friendly staff. Quick service. The price is higher then a regular ice cream place but you get quality food and large portions. Well worth to try once and awhile. Kid-friendliness: Open floor space. Kids menu. Accessible seats for kids. Parking: Free parking Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible bathroom and doors and tables.
Most amazing spot for all things dessert. By far the most professional and welcoming Demetres location I've ever been to. And I've been to almost all of them SUPER friendly staff and great dessert... can't go wrong. 10/10 recommend The Sweetcar Named Devour crepe and I add oreo bits!!
Sean was our outstanding server. We'd not been for 3+ years...for some reason but very glad that we stopped by. Definitely enjoyed the many changes. The menu is varied to suit many ages, choices, interests from a light cone to a crepe or waffle "meal". We'll definitely return!
The best place for people with sweet tooth like me. Its big servings and definitely shareables. Worth it every scoop of sweetness. Total experience calls for a come back with the whole gang.
I think over the years as the menus changed and they became more popular, the quality of the food decreased and price per item has increased. It is always busy no matter when you go but the service is still prompt and great. They do have a variety of options and it is still a great dessert place if you are in the area!
