Story

At MollyCake, we understand how important it is to have the perfect confection at your event. Our focus is on custom special occasion and celebration cakes that you can't buy at the grocery store. We bake everything from scratch and use only the best ingredients, like real butter, fresh eggs, top quality chocolate and Madagascar vanilla bean paste, so you know that there are no unnecessary or harmful chemicals or preservatives in your MollyCake sweet treats.

In our shop, we have everything from French Macarons, Whoopie Pies and PushPop Cake Pops to 'THE' Cookie, made-in-house Salted Caramels and Gourmet Marshmallows!

Whatever the occasion, we specialize in customizing cakes and sweets to make your celebration extra delicious. MollyCake offers truly custom cakes, sweet tables and edible favours for your corporate handouts, girls nights out, and birthday parties. MollyCake and Christine were incredible to work with! We provided photos of our ideal wedding cake and worked with Christine to ensure there would be flavours to reflect both of us. Christine provided us with so many delicious options and was so kind to include a flavour that she knew we were already set on during our tasting. As a preferred vendor with our venue, Christine worked effortlessly and professionally to ensure a smooth delivery and set up. We can’t wait to enjoy our top tier on our first anniversary. We cannot say enough about MollyCake! They were absolutely incredible! Very professional, and they did a fantastic job at making our whole experience enjoyable. Christine was amazing at helping us bring our vision of dessert to life! We got many compliments from our guests about how beautiful and delicious the dessert was! We decided not to have a wedding cake, and other bakeries had told us that we would regret it. Christine was so kind and did not make us feel like we were going to regret anything, and we didn't!
We ordered our wedding cake from MollyCake and are so happy with how it turned out! Christine was great to work with and totally got my vision right away and had some really cool ideas to marbleize our macarons and include gold which I loved and hadn’t seen before. Not only did everything look great but it all tasted amazing too! We got lots of compliments on our cake.
We had this idea for a wedding cake that would be us in a canoe in our wedding attire and our personal flotation devicespfd. The first time we saw the cake was at the reception - and it was a knockout!! Our guests were blown away by the detail - the pfds were the right colour, the hat was exactly right, facial details dead on granted, it helps that I already look like a cartoon character! LOL… and it tasted fabulous!! I can’t recommend them enough. Hire them and trust them. You won’t be disappointed!
Christine made this beyond beautiful cake for my sisters wedding shower. It tasted even better than it looks. Highly recommend, don’t think twice! This is the place to get your cakes!
We needed a last minute birthday cake and every bakery in Oakville said they couldn't do it but Christine said she could do a rainbow cake. It turned out to be incredible in both look and taste - and the children at the party all said "woah" when I cut the first slice to reveal the fountain of rainbow candy inside. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
