I had the opportunity to participate in one of Chef Bill's fabulous monthly dinners. It did not disappoint. We had a fabulous Saturday night last May at Deerholme Farm in Duncan. Chef Bill Jones made a fantastic First Nations Celebration Dinner for 16 guests. Farm to Table. He is a well known french trained chef who has worked in Michelin restaurants in France and England and is a renowned expert on foods of the Pacific Northwest. He has a number of cookbooks and does special dinners throughout the year and cooking classes. We were lucky enough to have some freshly picked Morel mushrooms which was a first experience for me. We will be visiting again in May 2017 for Chef Bill's Peru themed dinner.

As far as west coast food experiences, this is second only to Willows Inn imo. Vegan/Vegetarian is possible with additional notice. The food is great and there are always interesting people to meet and mingle with (communal tables). It's BYOB, so I would bring a bottle of wine to share.
