Awful clinic. Dr. Rao used to be our family doctor. He seems knowledgeable and nice in terms of bedside manner, but he's always rushing & not spending enough time with us. Secondly, it shouldn't take me 2 weeks to book an appointment with my own family doctor. That's just ridiculous.

I haven't seen Dr, reo and I'd like to add he seemed like a nice man for the little I did speak to him but I was sent to him for an independent medical examination and he tried making me sign my life away as a condition to see him and it was very scary for me I felt it was an attack on my life to remove my right to informed consent and when I asked him to explain him self he refused and said he has never read the contract he is requiring I believe this is an extremely dangerous working with god like powers once you sign that contract not in your best interest so he refused to see me because I couldn't sign the contract till he fully explained it's intent and why it requires such power, tried talking to staff and they couldn't answer either, been talking to the manager and my claims adviser but they also refuse to explain then selves. So I'd highly recommend reading these contracts because they are not legal if they require express consent I thought this was delt with in 1940 Germany but they found a loop hole it seems but regardless of policy it doesn't change the fact it's wrong on extreme levels. Still trying to talk to them through emails but they refuse to answer my questions and concerns with out threats and Coercion so please fellow Canadians just be careful they don't need god powers if they are truly in your best interest. And if you signed this I'd recommend you fight it as it breaks not only international law but also federal from my opinion.

Hey, I just wanted to let you guys know that I am very disappointed with how you handled me as a patient. I am now dealing with pneumonia and bronchitis and this could of been prevented. I went into Dr. Rao’s office at the beginning of October with swollen lymph nodes and he said they were pulled muscles and sent me on my way. It was my gynecologist who had told me on the 27th of Oct when I had an appointment with him, that those swollen lymph-nodes were a sign of an infection and to contact my family doctor. I immediately tried to book another apt with Dr. Rao and couldn’t get in contact with you guys for two weeks to set up an apt. After almost two weeks he finally set up an over the phone apt. Not to mention it was a horrible session with him as well. He rushed me off of the phone and just told me to get a Covid test done, he didn’t even give me a chance to explain my symptoms fully. However, because of the way how he handled me, I ended up getting bronchitis and pneumonia and ended up in emergency. I am completely disappointed and I have a following on social media that is pretty big. And I am extremely tempted to share this story to save other people from this horrible treatment!

This clinic is awesome for wart removal. They treat warts with laser therapy and cryotherapy. The procedure is a little bit painful but you are well informed by the nurses what to expect. The clinic itself is clean organized and staff are efficient. I would highly recommend this place to get your warts removed!

Dr.Rao is Knowledgeable doctor, he is carrying and shows empathy, however the visit is 5 to 7 min the max. Not sure what the problem with the scheduling, but you can wait an hour for your booked ! appointment and then be done in less than 10 minutes. My concern is regarding the unprofessional receptionists and their attitude to work. I was supposed to be scheduled for MRI November 4th, and then in January two months later I received a mail from the clinic that they couldn't get a hold of me after three attempts. Turns out they needed to confirm some information to schedule MRI! .... and the information to be confirmed was: my age, type of pain, location of pain!!! - this is all doctor's notes from my appointments. Basically due to negligence and zero pro activity, my MRI was not scheduled for almost 3 months. I asked why they did not Email me and played the game "three attempts", as they have my and my husband's email on file - no answer.

I have been visiting this medical clinic for just over a year, and I have to say it is the best clinic I have ever visited. Before this past year I had seen many doctors at many different locations, and came to the realization that none of these doctors really care about your health or you. Many doctors do not care to listen about all of your health concerns let alone figuring out how to fix your problems. Dr. H Rao at Dean's Gate is a knowledgeable and caring doctor. He listens to all of your concerns carefully and helps you to find the right path for your better health. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, and always have answers to your questions and concerns. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who has had a lot of disappointing appointments with other doctors, I assure you that you will not be disappointed at this clinic.

i went their for 15 sitting, still no result. Dr. rao need some training every time just 5 seconds of sitting, he don't clean your skin nothing professional. top of that they have one nurse with drawn eyebrows, full of attitude. she will behave you like she own that place .totally unacceptable

One year since visiting Dr. Sharma, I'm feeling more confident than I had in years. I meet and greet hundreds of people a day, without a hat, something I couldn't have imagined before. Really a life changer. I've been treated so well by this office, I highly reccomend them! Prompt, informative, good hearted, and professional.

They told me that my laser procedure would likely take up to 12 treatments, but that results vary from patient to patient. I had to drive a long way, but decided it would be well worth the effort if it worked. Each procedure took all of five seconds. After TWENTY-TWO visits I got fed up! How surprising that everything was covered by AHC! What a drain to our health care system! Don't bother with this clinic. Try Compound W.
