Only giving one star because it is the minimum. Be very careful with any major purchases at this chain as despite repeated promises by the owner Randy that if the mattress purchased wasn't OK with our health and allergy concerns he would take it back he reneged on that promise. Obviously willing to say anything to get a sale. On top of all that, he was unwilling to talk directly and had his employees do the dirty work. Will never shop there again. Just want the public to be careful shopping there.

I bought what was advertised as Bamboo Sheets...says that in the ad, and on both sides of the package...when I opened the package...sheets say 100% polyester. I am really disappointed with the false advertising, and after speaking with the manager, she said that they have sold these for years, that I am the only one that ever complained, and that they will not change how they sell the sheets. I am very disappointed with the false advertising and with the attitude of the store.

You can get a good deal sometimes if you are looking for a sofa or so. But mostly it's just cheap.
