Very good accommodations. Great staff very welcoming and helpful. Very clean rooms and public areas. Breakfast as lovely, nothing fancy but good selections and again very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back. They also mentioned that they have special rates if you are from out of town for medical appointments and procedures.
The staff were very friendly , but the room itself self had a very musky odor. The bed was terrible, nsprings on one side were coming out and slant to one side… and weeks everyone u move . The breakfast was awful and had a hair in the scrambled eggs.nThey said because we were staying 3 nights they wouldn’t have maid service? I don’t understand that reason ?? We had to ask for new towels and supplies everyday?nWould not return here again
I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel due to poor customer service and miscommunication. When I checked in this weekend, I requested a 1 PM checkout, and the front desk staff assured me that would be fine. However, on the day of checkout, I received a call from the hotel asking why my belongings were still in the room. I explained that I had already informed the front desk about my late checkout, but the staff member insisted I check out within the next 30 minutes due to a large group arriving. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely unaware of the mistake on their end, blaming me instead.nnAdditionally, during a previous stay, I had booked a king suite, but the heating system was broken. They moved me to a queen room, which I accepted without complaint, even though it was an inconvenience. Why can't the hotel staff be as accommodating to guests when issues arise on their side?nnOverall, the service here was terrible. I've traveled extensively for work, and this is by far the worst experience I've had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff was very pleasant at the front desk. The hotel was close to the Agawa train station , the locks and several other attractions. There is a mall across the hotel for quick shopping and food. The rooms and washrooms are quite dated . The towels weren't very clean . Breakfast was decent with bread, bagel, scrambled eggs , sausage, cereals, yogurt , tea , coffee , apple and orange juices. We stayed an extra night and we're charged 240$ a night. I felt it was a bit pricey but didn't have an option last minute. Parking was underground which was good feature to mention.
We chose this location as it’s just 3 minutes drive to Agawa Train Station. They also offer free breakfast which was a good thing for us. We just took our food to the train tour to eat there as we had to leave early so we can line up at the station. The room was clean, beds & pillows comfortable, a fridge & microwave were also provided. The boardwalk was just a few minutes walk from here. There is a big covered parking as well as an outside parking area. There is also a sports bar & restaurant in the same building that you can go to if you’re lazy to go out and it offers decent menu. We enjoyed their food. The staff were very nice both at the hotel & at the stadium bar & restaurant. We ordered the Buttered chicken which came with rice, nan, garden salad $24, beef brisket with potato fries, fried calamari, beer & iced tea refillable. The only thing was the noise from the road can be heard in the room.
