I have been here many times and really missed the spa when I moved back home to Alberta. The environment is professional but relaxing and casual. I have had facials, pedicures, manicures, and massages here. All have been great and used such lovely products. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Excellent service and cleanliness. The ambiance sets the tone for relaxing treatments which are expertly executed. I will definitely be back!
Staff is really nice and pedicures are lovely there. Very relaxing. The little hallway where you pick your nail polish color is a bit dim so I do recommend they install a brighter light so customers can see better when making this important pedicure decision.
Got a $200 gift certificate as a bday gift. I went and got the facial, it was $150 and worth every minute. The lady, Olga took her time and massaged my face, neck and arms and gave me a treatment to remove my whiteheads. Great experience! Wonderful little spa in the Byward
Had a very poor customer service experience sadly. The place it self was very clean and quiet. But would not return here.
