I love this credit union! I was a member at another credit union and they ended up getting too big, too fast! I felt like a number, not a member. Dane County is perfect. Great rates, fees and membership perks. Everybody is friendly and helpful. I'm not sure where the previous person got charged but there has NEVER been a fee to withdraw money from Dane County. I would recommend everybody try them out.

**Updating to 4 stars - My original comment indicated that the customer service was poor and that it was difficult to close an account, but that was hasty. I've since been able to get all questions answered and all issues wrapped up. Overall, the team seems willing to help in any way they can and they clearly take customer service very seriously.

Great credit union and great customer service Diane at teh Rimrock Rd location is great to work with.

They suck. $2.50 fee just to withdraw your own money. Crap.
