Worse customer service I've ever encountered. If you want to run a business based on customer satisfaction, train your staff to get back to customers when they've asked a question. I asked about 4 employees about a sofa and they all said they would talk to the owner and get back to me. All of them left me in the middle of the store and went to help out other customers. Finally, I went to the owner who was just as "well trained" as his staff. I will never be going back to this store again.

I have a 7 year old sofa from these guys that is still in good shape after 2 kids abusing it day in and day out. The quality of their stuff is definitely above most of what you will find at the big box stores. They also offer tons of customization in terms of fabric, fill, and wood styles again, much more than big box stores. Sometimes the wait time on deliveries is a bit longer than anticipated, but they are having each piece custom built so that might be expected. Be careful to pick the right delivery method. They offer 3 different types and I have heard some people complaining that their sofa was just dropped off at the curb (which is their cheapest delivery option). If you want lots of customization and pretty durable products I would say Dals is a pretty good place to go.
