Spotless environment.. clean. Tasty food, Always kind customer service… contender for the best fries and chicken strips right now. Plus they always give me an extra strip when I get the 3 piece

We love ordering Dairy Queen and having it delivered. There aren’t often mistakes with our order unless something is missing. The food is always good. My recent orders are puzzling though. Every blizzard in the last two months burn my throat after. Some times I can only get half way through a small. We ordered 4 tonight and all 4 of us felt it. Usually it’s just me but not tonight. It’s been a few hours and my throat still burns. Anyone else feel it?

Tables were clean. We shared the 2 double cheeseburgers. I watched them leave a burger, face up, cheesed, on the back counter for almost the entire time we were in the restaurant. Hope it didn't make it into my food. The burgers themselves seemed to be a Walmart premade burger, cooked in an oven...pale and gross. We also each got a blizzard. The strawberry cheesecake type. Was just red dye#4 syrup and maybe 5 pieces of what felt and tasted like freezer burnt cookie dough. Except it was wet and soggy and gross.

Bought my twin daughters their birthday cake from here. The perfect one was already ready in the cabinet. Took it to the cashier she even offered to add writing my daughter declined super friendly staff dairy Queen as always

I arrived about 8 pm. After a vehicle was leaving the drive through. I parked in the drive through waiting to get service. No response after a few minutes I drove to the window and tried to get service. A few minutes the vehicle behind me waiting for service left. I was waiting for someone to notice me in the drive through. Another vehicle drove up to make a order. A few minutes went bye and finally they made there order. I was still at the window waiting for service. Finally I was noticed made my order an purchased. I waited an reasonable time for my purchase. I left and the vehicle behind me could get there late purchase.nThank you the food was good but the Waiting in the drive through was quite unexceptable. Time is $$$ if you can let customers drive through unnoticed. The drive through was full when I left. And there were only a few customers inside. I was considering a larger order before the long Wait.
