The Bistro

Small enough to lend an intimate ambience and quiet, rewarding, dining experience, The Bistro, in New Glasgow N S, has become one of our favorite restaurants to go to for that special night out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It has a small, diverse wine list and the menu has a range of food selections that will allow almost everyone find something that they will like. Recommended!

Great place with quality food every time. The menu has some great staples, and the specials are always interesting, excellent drinks menu as well. I would recommend calling for a reservation - normally you can get one the same day, walk-ins tend to be hit or miss on busy days. If you're in New Glasgow and want to enjoy some quality dining, this is the place to be. I've never had a bad meal here!

A very pleasant surprise indeed. I met some friends here for dinner and ended up having one of the best meals I've had since returning to Nova Scotia. The atmosphere was nice and the service friendly.

Many good places to eat in New Glasgow, but you should definitely try the Bistro. Always very yummy.
