This was our fist stop when 4 work colleagues and I left the airport in Halifax. It was relatively late, so we went for dinner. The atmosphere of this place is fantastic. It has kind of like an old, rustic feel. The lighting is dark, but it works very well and adds to the experience.  All of the food was pretty good. The only criticism is that the batter on the fish and chips was much too thick, crunchy and definitely too greasy. The fish itself was fine, but that batter...  Next time I'm in town, I'll eat here again.  I just won't order the fish and chips again.

A truly great pub in the heart of New Glasgow, in an old , beautiful building. Food and beer were great, but what makes this place really special is the hospitality and service. Like visiting a friend’s place for a pint and a delicious bite to eat. Not to miss while in the New Glasgow area. Thanks for the great service!

Very cool little pub, I'm obsessed with old buildings so this was the place to go!! Food was delicious, the seafood chowder is amazing!! Super friendly staff, lots of fun stories to share and a welcoming environment! Highly recommend for pub food and good atmosphere

We ordered fish tacos, seafood chowder, and crab cakes. They were all delicious! I could just eat crab cakes as main.

I always make a point to stop here when in New Glasgow. Such a lovely place, full of exceptional staff and a creative kitchen! I tried a special dish they were running for the day; Greek tacos! I could have eaten six of these; they were sooo good!Food: 5/5

What a great authentic Irish bar in New Glasgow. Place is well decorated, friendly staff and good food. Great crab cakes and Pints aplenty. Don't ask the owner to sell you the wall decor it's not for sale.lol...

You will love it!   Irish Charm with a very good chef pallet!

Always enjoy our trips to New Glasgow as we have lunch at The Dock. There is always a lunch feature and soup of the day. I have enjoyed every meal here, I chose something different each time. My husband always has the red fox sandwich, he says it's the best chicken sandwich ever!  Great service, lovely owners and a nice selection of cold beer. What more could you want?

A magical experience for our whole family. Carmel and team opened early for us to eat before our matriarch’s funeral. The food was incredible but the service was one of a kind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Brought family in for lunch today. First time there and it was delicious! The fish and chips were amazing. They even have a kids menu. The atmosphere is awesome. Very authentic Irish pub feel. We will definitely return.
