Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Chicken was good. But the potatoes are instant or something and the roll was almost like something you'd get at Sobeys. The music was just horrendous and way too loud. My uncle could barely hear me talk to him. We went to have a quiet meal together. There's no need of music being that loud in a restaurant. At least put local radio on and a much lower volume. I would think it would drive staff insane to hear that all day. The plating is also very plain and blahhh. All and all disappointed for $60.
The food was great at this location. Julie our server was the nicest server I have ever met, she was sweet and genuine with her interaction with us, we felt very welcomed. We definitely will be back again. I recommend it 100%
Absolutely loved Kylie! We are here on a Friday night, it was busy and even though the wait was longer than usual, she kept us in drinks and checked on us often! Best experience we have ever had! She was kind, professional and attentive!
My husband and I arrived at a very busy time Sat evening. There were no boots available, only tables. Several families came in behind us.nWe were only getting the brownie explosion so we told the lady that we could do a takeout order and give the tables to the larger groups. She told us that we could do that through the drive-thru so we left went to the drive-thru placed our order and the drive-thru gentleman told us that he could not do The brownie explosion through the drive thru. He even double checked. Disappointed we were going to leave but decided to go back in. It was not 7 minutes later the same hostess did not remember us. Although we did tell her the drive through, could not do dessert as she suggested We waited 10 minutes to be seated.nnThe best newsnThe waitress who waited on us and the brownies were excellent
Julie our waitress was absolutely amazing. The service industry needs more people like her. Great experience, great service. We'll be back again for sure.
