Boston Pizza New Glasgow

Food wasn't the best of the best but I was still satisfied.nI loved the service here and it really stood out to me how incredibly friendly all the staff here truely are! Just from observing the interactions with other tables, but also including myself obviously:

I’d like to give 5 stars to our server Nathan. He was as positive as can be in his situation. Our drinks took 20 minutes with only a few tables dining in. Our food came before our drinks. Dirty menu and often forgotten about when asking for something.

I'll start by saying, I we generally like BP. We have been to a few and have never had a issue. Always a pleasant atmosphere and good food.nHow ever, we arrived at 4:10 pm and got sat at a table fairly quickly. The table was dirty to start with....not the end of the world. We wiped it off, and carried on. Our server came and we ordered food around 4:15-4:20, and that was the last we spoke with her till we got our food... an hour later. She brought plates while we were waiting, but never said or asked if we needed anything. Just dropped them and left. The best part, the plates were filthy! Pics attached We tried getting their attention, but they were either too busy to be bothered or could care less.nRight when we were about to leave, the food arrived. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, although I am not entirely sure what was given to me. I have eaten a few of these sandwiches at other BP's and restaurants, and I am still not sure what they gave me. See pic attached.nThe fries were great though, but that was it.nSo if you want to go to a place and spend 60-70 $ of your hard erned money with dirty tables, dirty dishes, get ignored by your server, and have a guessing game for the time your food will arrive....then this is the place for you!

Neala was our server tonight after someone else either quit or didn't show up. Either way, she was great!! She was super friendly, attentive, smiled the whole time. All great qualities. She is clearly a great replacement for whomever left or didn't show up. Good food, not overwhelming, but good, and cold drinks, topped up often.

I went there for supper but ended up leaving as some alarm was blaring and they couldn't figure out how to shut it off. The place also reeked of chemical / paint fumes. I'm not surprised as I was at this location before and they were having problems with some equipment in the kitchen .This location seems to be poorly run.
