D2 Technologie Inc. (TELUS)

Went to this location, after 15 min waiting and being next I waited, Someone else walks in after me and instead of serving me as the next client they jumped onto someone else, So I left the location and decided I will take my buisness to Bell, Was going to transfer 17 lines from rogers term is up but instead they let you wait. All the 17 lines also needed upgrades since all the devices are about 4 years old. The guy with the funky hair seemed to be very lost and not knowing what to do as I waited an extra 5 min to see if anyone else would serve me but just gave up. To bad heard there was some nice deals with telus but I'm sure bell will be happy to have my buisness as a client.

Small place, phones going off everywhere on speaker, other then that I got my unlimited plan with them and I'm happy

Super frustrating experience. Charged for in store service both by D2 Technologie and Koodo. Both places deny responsibility of the in store Frais de connexion of $45. In addition, D2 technologie charge a fee of $35, so you will pay $70 in fees to simply have the possibility to buy a phone. Just order your phone online and avoid useless charges.

Bad service. They don't listen to your issue or try to find a solution even though they were able to clearly see the issue.
