He will never step foot in our house again. Started good then took 18 months to have new furnace & air conditioner installed while leaving us with out heat in half of our house over a winter.... could not reason with him & everything was "our fault". We incurred many extra costs as things he did would not pass inspections & other people had to be called in.

Suffered personal attacks when bill was debated. The quality of his work was passable , but when problems arose in the heating system he was unable to figure it out and left us to deal with the manufacturer. What we were most upset with was the mark-up of his parts, the difference between what he charged and what a consumer would pay at Home Depot was often 100%. When questioned on this he said he didn't shop at home depot and paid more from his supplier. Totally unhappy with dealings with him. Would never hire him again.
