Watson's Home Hardware Building Centre - Listowel

A total clown show. Inventory on their computer does not match whats in the warehouse. When I handed my invoice to the yard guy he had no clue as to where the item I had just paid for was. He did look around for 5 minutes and then went into the store and left me standing there. 10 minutes later I went into the store to find out what was going on and both the yard guy and the guy who had took my payment looked at me as if it was the first time they had seen me! No clue....no apology....nothing. Zero customer service. I requested a refund and left this location for what will be my last time there. This was an unusual experience for a Home Hardware building center for me as every other one Ive dealt with has been great. The Gorrie location is top notch as well as the Drayton location. Listowel needs some work!

Huge store. They carry just about everything needed for home or garden. I went for paint and had to ask twice for help. They definitely don't seem to be in a rush to help anyone and the store was not busy.

Everyone is pleasant and friendly. My experience so far being a new customer is the staff go out of their way to help out every time I have visited the store. Thank you!

The staff is amazing, they really know their stuff and are always very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need!

The staff are very well trained, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Always smiling, they answer any questions honestly and offer to get someone else to help of they can't. The store is well laid out and stocked. A customer can find almost anything at the store, including some hard to find items, such as electrical, plumbing and tool supplies. The owners and management are available for the clients and they are almost always available if you just want to say "HI". All said, a credit to the town of Listowel.

Great store and had what i need and answered all my questions

We recently bought a home, and have been utilizing this store for many of our renovations we have been making to our house. I had a very complicated paint situation that was fixed by Shawn, I am very thankful for his help. I also have dealt with a woman in the paint department each time I order my crazy custom colour i am so sorry i do not recall her name but she has also been wonderful each time I have called in. I also sent a million emails to Bradey regarding flooring and was quickly helped even though I am sure I annoyed him with my 100 emails. Wonderful staff at this location, and we will continue to use them for future rennovations! You guys are wonderful!

An excellent source for household variety of items to choose from with extremely courteous support staff close by. A great source also for on the spot project materials saving mega time not requiring driving to k-w. If they don't have the item they will order it in usually within quick turnaround time. A first stop for my needs!!

Totally ignored by lady at paint desk! Almost left when she asked a newcomer if she needed help! Another nice employee came to help. We both got cold shoulder when we asked the other one questions. The nice one helped me and carried the paints to the cash. She even offered to carry out for us!! Store redeemed but they should hire all friendly helpful people!
