This is an excellent computer repair shop not only because they are knowledgeable about the board technical issues, but they are also concerned about the customer and what solution will be most beneficial and logical for their clients.
The Staff is Super Super knowledgeable and Very helpful! They took a great deal of time to talk to me and went above and beyond answering the questions I had. It was truly a pleasure talking shop with them! Also, they usually had what I wanted and the one time they didn't have it in stock, they were able to get it for me the next day! As well, they stand by their products. The one time the SD CARD they ordered for my phone didn't work through no fault of theirs they took it back immediately. Truly a great bunch of guys work there. I would really recommend them to anyone!
100% recommend Healthy Computers! They just repaired my laptop screen and it was done within 2 DAYS! Calling around their prices are unbeatable, and their turnaround time is amazing! I am hoping to not need their services again, however if something happens to my laptop again, I will 100% be returning. Highly Recommend their work! Thank you so much Rob!
I've now purchased four custom computers from Healthy Computers over the last couple of years for family members. The guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and quite helpful when trying to solve any issues or questions I have for them. I highly recommend going to them for your computer needs!
Before I say anything negative, I will say this: The service I received was effective and completed in short order. They were able to take my computer in quickly, and swiftly dealt with any technical issues that arose, without a terrible back and forth of phone tag. However, when it came to customer relations is when I started experiencing issues. I had forgotten a required code to access my computer, and was met with an incredulous 'Do you *ever* shut this thing *all the way* off?' which was very condescending. Secondly, upon picking it up, the same employee made a comment that '[He] couldn't tell it was an Acer with all the stickers. [He] almost charged [me] extra!' to his co-worker. Entirely unprofessional. I understand that kind of talk happens, but most people wait until the customer isn't present to insult them. I will continue to come here for service, but I sincerely hope I can change this review to reflect the service I know this store is capable of. Edit to respond to the business' reply: It was this store I went to, I assure you. My online username is different from my real name and will remain such. My computer was an Acer Nitro 5 with a burnt out battery that was replaced. I picked it up on Friday, the 21st of January.
Always accommodating especially when I ask a million questions. Rob and his staff helped make my computer super fast, without having to purchase a whole new computer. Their knowledge and experience is what keeps me coming back for our business computer needs.
My Husband and I shopped in Health computers this evening. We were looking to purchase Christmas presents. This is a great store!! The service was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would shop here again for my computer needs Shop local
We brought our PC in with a weird issue and they weren't able to resolve it. They were friendly but our technician didn't seem very confident. They sent my husband home with the PC one day after we dropped it off and told him to just play a game to see if the issue was fixed. It wasn't. I didn't understand why they couldn't test this themselves.. Luckily they only charged us $10 for the exam. Also we asked them to give it a physical cleaning and that was missed. Not sure if this was just one bad experience, because we have heard good things about them. We ended up having a friend come over and they fixed the issue. Apparently it was quite simple and didn't take them long to figure it out at all.
Have trusted Rob since we lived in the area and he was just starting out. Will continue to drive 2 hrs when I have a problem that requires my computer to be taken in or when I need a new one. Like knowing that if I have a problem usually because I did something I shouldn't I can email him and he can tell me what I did. That doesn't happen with the big box stores no matter how much you spend....
From the very beginning of business Healthy computers had ALWAYS there when I need them! I would never deal with anyone else for my computer needs . With a busy retail store the piece of mind is priceless to know they r only a phone call away . :
