Always good service, attentive and patient staff AND great knowledge on bikes! This is my go to local bike store and I leave satisfied and confident with the items I purchased. I initially came here a few years ago to buy my first bike and left with a Sirrus, helmet, lock and lights and keep coming back for tune-ups and other accessories. This store never disappoints!
Costemer service is terrible. Wanted to return a pair of cycling shoes that weren’t to my liking and were exceptionally uncomfortable and Chloe Costemer service basically told me nicely to go fly a kite and that they won’t do anything to help me. If your going to buy something there make sure not to count on good after sale service !
Excellent place to buy and maintain your bike. They were always helpful with my bikes. Bike fitting done there changed my riding in a good way.
I bought a hybrid bike here at a reasonable price and received friendly service. I returned a week later for repairs after a minor collision. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and the fee was waived and counted as an in-warranty service call. I found that to be a great way to treat a customer and gain loyalty. I will definitely return for all of my cycling needs.
I went last year 2020 for my bike tune up and asked for good resisting long lasting tires. They installed Armadillos saying they were very good. Well... they lasted a year and two months... Service used to be impeccable. This year when I went in April it wasn't that great. Don't plan on returning.
I brought my bike for its first year maintenance which is included in the price of the bike. The maintenance was not done properly, I had asked them to verify the gear, however it was nor verified nor fixed. I am not sure what kind of basic maintenance can be done on a bike if the gear is not even verified. So, when I went to pick it up I had to wait another 40 minutes. I addition, I bought new pedals which we installed, however, the clips were not installed on the shoes and they did not return my old pedals. I called every day and got through after a week, they rudely told me that they cannot find the old pedals and I can just buy new ones, or they can give me a credit on a more expensive pair. They lost my pedals and I have to pay out of my pocket to buy new ones...is this fair?.....I understand its very busy, however, I am not satisfied with the service
Bought my new bike, and people are very helpful. did not feel rushed, and fitting guy explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I do not speak good French, and they happily accommodated me en Anglais. Happy with purchase and service !
Very nicely curated selection of mid-level and high performance bikes, super-friendly staff. Opportunity to try out bikes and very reasonable pricing. Overall a great experience shopping for my bike and would definitely come back and recommend to my friends,
Worse after services experience here, please go elsewhere. It's been now 4th times in a row ive had bad service here, it's my last time. Called ahead to ask if i could come just as a drop in to make a derailleur adjustment and the lady told me all good just come. Once there, one person ask me what service i want i say dérailleur adjustment she says perfect just wait here. 25mins later the mechanic comes and ask what i need, i say dérailleur adjustment and he replies oh im overloaded right now i cannot repair it before at least next week ????. Just one example but ive had numerous examples there. I'm done.
Always had great service at this location. I recommended it to all my friends.
