Another great Canadian Tire location. Our first time here, and the staff were incredibly helpful in attending to our needs. We were looking for a particular item that was difficult to find. The patience and professionalism of the employees helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I definitely recommend this location.

Had my tires balanced at a Canadian Tire store in Ontario but still had a vibration. I went into the service department at this location, I was asked for the keys but had to unhook my 5th wheel trailer to let them check it. Gave them my keys and watched as they pulled the truck in so I went into the store to shop. When I came back 5 minutes later I was handed my keys and was told the truck was too heavy for their hoist. It's a 2023 Ram pick up? They had a Ford van on the hoist next to it, why wasn't that too heavy? I asked the service advisor why they couldn't use a floor jack, same response?? Is there some racism going on here because I'm from Ontario? I have notified head office and they are looking into it but what a terrible way to treat customers! I'm a licensed mechanic and know all about vehicles, why did they lie right to my face.

I would highly recommend the Canadian Tire store in Delson. The manager and their team consistently demonstrate exceptional dedication to providing top-quality customer service. They are always willing to take the time to thoroughly answer any questions about products and ensure each customer receives the attention they deserve. Additionally, the store is very well organized, making the shopping experience extremely pleasant. Without a doubt, due to the quality of their service, I would always choose to return to this location.
