The phone app is terrible and the service in-person matches it. A simple transfer took well over a half a day to fill. Told different explanations by two different people. Simply put....disorganized

Used to be a good pharmacy. Customer service is terrible, staff is rude and condescending. The last time I signed for my meds and credit card receipt they gave me a pink highlighter. Was a great representation of the general service I've come to know. Will be moving all my future prescription to another pharmacy.

This CVS in Plymouth is the most unprofessional , rudest Pharmacy I’ve ever experienced....it deserves No Stars ! ...The CVS in Maple Grove is Excellent ...Great service !...I am switching to Walgreens pharmacy even though it’s further away.
