Very nice employees but they do not have Fedex services, they only have a express envelope drop off.

Nothing works right or it's out of order. One person working at the print center so good luck trying to get help.

Excellent customer service throughout the store and on multiple occasions. Most recently, I was in the market to make a major equipment purchase. It was my good fortune to have been assisted by Mr. Calvin Scannell, Sales & Service Manager, who attentively assisted me in finding the right printer solution for my new office. Calvin's superior customer service orientation, product knowledge, and attention to detail delivered on my requirements at a competitive price.
