I have purchased 4 mattresses from this Plymouth location and have always received polite and prompt service.  All associates I have worked with went the extra mile to make sure we got what we were looking for and at a price that worked within our budget.  Without a doubt I would shop this store again.

I recently visited this Mattress Firm location looking to replace an old mattress for my master bedroom.
     Being a person that does not enjoy being overwhelmed with the "Hard-Sell Salesperson", it was a breathe of fresh air to encounter a gentleman by the name of Jeff.
     He allowed my wife and I to ask questions and shared his knowledge of the available products in a way that did not overwhelm us.
     I am the kind of person that if pushed to hard will walk out but he made us feel very comfortable.
     His professionalism and extensive knowledge of the products and services motivated us to make our purchase.

We were in great need of a mattress, but intended to shop locally and then buy on line.  That was before we met MJ.  She did a wonderful job of discovering what we needed and finding it for us in our price range.  After learning we were sleeping on the crater of  Sleep Number mattress she  arranged for a expedited delivery.

It was such a pleasure working with Robin!  She has such a great personality! She worked hard to find us the right bed.  She spent a lot of time with us.  I would highly recommend Mattress Firm and Robin.
