I just left the Plymouth, MA Home Depot and had to deal with the most Rude associate I have ever encountered in my 37 years. Her name is Marsha, she refused to allow my friend/contractor who is in the military to use his 10% off discount for his service. We were both standing right there. I have done this for over $10,000 of items in the past with him with zero issues. She had the nerve to point at each of us and tell us she has been there for 16 or 17 years... to me it’s about time you let her go..She also told us it was Illegal what we were asking us to do.. so I said if it’s illegal why don’t you call the police.. I asked to speak with a manager who was very nice and explained the policy(which honestly I was not upset about as my friend/contracor just paid for it) Extremely rude and I will never shop there again.... I bought one window for my bathroom and have to buy 19 more but won’t be back to the Plymouth Home Depot ever again....

Friend staff, easy to get around, never had any trouble here. From ordering appliances, to deliveries, to them installing carpeting on my stairs. Great service all around.

Plymouth, MA Home Depot. I was interested in an outdoor shower. Because it was a seasonal item it had been moved and it took a little searching to find it's location in the store. Josh (not sure of his department) was able to help me look the item up on the computer and get all the specs and info I needed while the item was being located. He was very knowledgeable about the item and had great information on installation and supplies needed. He was professional and very helpful. Thank you Josh!

Home Depot has always felt more friendly to novices like me. They truly give the DIYers support and help. I was particularly impressed when the store's employees and manager went out of their way to recognize my son's Boy Scout uniform and offer help with the supplies (I'm talking monetary help, too!) he was purchasing for his Eagle project. He did not have to ask, whereas Lowes offered nothing and when he did ask, was given less than helpful hoops to jump through. (If anyone has worked on an Eagle project, they have enough hoops already!)
